The Right Fit

Following the success of the previous year’s playful and direct Benefits Checkup, the Baylor Scott & White benefits team wanted to make sure that employees were getting the most out of their benefits. Once again looking at the occasionally confusing elements inherent in choosing the right benefits plan, RSW and the benefits team saw an opportunity to outline which benefits plans worked best for different life stages, scenarios and circumstances.

The annual enrollment materials, including an enrollment guide with an interactive spinner wheel showing individual employee’s unique circumstances, allowed employees to compare their own life scenarios with a series of employee profiles to help choose the right plan fit for themselves and their families.
