Graphic Packaging International (GPI) is a leading provider of paper-based packaging products and solutions. Generally speaking, their employee base is a very down-to-earth group filled with hard-working, no-nonsense types who’ll give you the shirt off their backs but believe in being direct and expect the same in return.
Their previous benefits campaigns, while warm, friendly and competently produced, weren’t really moving the needle when it came to getting employees to take an active role in choosing their benefits plans. To boost engagement and enrollment during the annual enrollment period, RSW was asked to develop a more targeted campaign that would have a stronger appeal to their employee demographics.
Working closely with the amazing team at Aon Hewitt, RSW created a branded benefits campaign that GPI was able to use and build upon for multiple years.
