Recognition Calendar Retrospective

Starting all the way back in the covered wagon days of the late 1990’s until a few years ago, RSW produced an annual printed recognition calendar for Hilton to send managers and supervisors all over the world, offering them tips and important recognition dates that were all customized and versioned for multiple hotel brands.

Eventually, RSW helped Hilton transition the entire calendar online and vastly expanded its capabilities, allowing managers and supervisors to customize not only to their own brand and language, but also to add special dates, Team Member birthdays and service anniversaries, national and international holidays, and much more.
