People Survey Launch Campaign

Baylor Scott & White Health has always had a long-standing commitment to bettering the organization through employee feedback. The People Survey offered an opportunity to speak to everyone in the organization with one voice and to receive the valuable feedback that has been a guiding influence over the company’s direction from the beginning.

The People Survey sought to reinforce that every employee had an opportunity to create the culture and workplace they desire. This is Your Place. Make it Great helped provide ownership of the culture while inviting participation.

A variety of digital and print materials focused on employees’ ability to effect change through feedback. A launch video animated the key art to reinforce the rich, dynamic employee experience at Baylor Scott & White.
