“High Five, Partner!”

Peer-to-peer recognition is always a great way to strengthen an internal culture at an organization. H-E-B’s High Five Partner recognition program enabled Partners to recognize one another for a job well done, while also offering managers and supervisors the same opportunity. So much thanks to go around.

An H-E-B High Five is a quick, convenient way to send a personalized thanks to a fellow Partner through an online center called HighFive Central. Simply fill out your name, their name, write a quick note, and hit send to make someone’s day.

The program was promoted on PartnerNet, H-E-B’s Partner Intranet portal, as well as through awareness materials posted throughout H-E-B stores and corporate offices.
