“Baylor Scott & White Health’s benefits as a lifestyle brand” is how we envisioned the 2018 annual enrollment campaign. With a not-so-subtle “Be You” highlighted in the Benefits + You theme, the materials focused on the diverse staff and rich personalities throughout the employee base that can help define the right plan choices for employees and their families.

“Employee hero” photography set a warm, personal tone for the materials, while aspirational composite photos playfully showed how the many different benefit offerings integrate seemlessly into employees’ lives (a woman waking up on a dollar bill for Paid Time Off is an RSW favorite).
