Creativity Means Business: How It Drives Results

If your company isn’t promoting a more creative culture, you may be lagging behind your competition. A study by Forrester Consulting for Adobe found that companies that foster creativity as a part of their cultures outperform their competition in both revenue growth and market share. The study surveyed senior managers from over 300 large global companies across a wide range of industries to get their insight on how creativity drives business. Below are some of the highlights from the findings.

82% of companies believe there is a strong connection between creativity and bottom line business results.Companies that foster creativity are 3.5 times more likely than their peers to achieve revenue growth of 10% or more.Companies that embrace creativity enjoy 50% more market share than those that don't.Of the companies surveyed who were ranked highly for fostering creativity, 69% have received awards for being a best place to work.
